• When the goods are ready for dispatch, a dispatch advice can be created. A packing list can be mapped with the dispatch advice if required. Dispatch advice contains details like customer name, mode of transport, delivery terms, tax details, discount details etc.

• When the goods are ready for dispatch, an invoice can be prepared.

• Invoice consists of details like customer name, delivery address, transporter, delivery terms, invoice rate, invoice quantity.

• In utilities module per day costing can be prepared for all the operations like weaving, yarn dyeing and fabric processing

• All the consumables can be reported machine type wise and costing can be calculated based on utility group.

• Various utility groups can be created and can be mapped along with consumables to the machine type. For e.g., Yarn dyeing can be created as a utility group and a report can be obtained on ‘per day costing’ for yarn dyeing utility group.

• Material wise consumption and all overhead costs can be reported for costing calculation and production details can be picked up from production module.

• Maintenance schedule can be prepared for all machineries by stating various activities carried out for a machine. Breakdown maintenance can also be carried out and materials consumed for the activity can be reported.
