•Inventory is maintained with material code and material identifiers.

•Identifiers are like customer lot number, dyeing lot number etc. System supports up to 9 material identifiers.

• When a Material is received, Goods Receipt Note can be created. While creation of GRN, materials can be allocated and bifurcated as per the POs.  One GRN can have multiple PO(s) of same material.

• Material Inventory screen gives stock at store level where user will be able to allocate for orders, departments etc. Inventory Ledger will have the inventory transaction details.

• A store indent can be raised by any department to get materials from stores. While issuing materials issue Note can be created as required. Materials can be returned using a Return note.

• Delivery Challan facilitates to track material movement outside the premises.

• System supports Multiple GRN and DC types.
